Privacy Policy

1. Overview
FEB LibreNMS is an independently developed, third-party mobile client for LibreNMS. It is not an official LibreNMS product. The app connects directly to a LibreNMS server selected or configured by the user.
2. Data handled by the app
The app may process the server address, API token, dashboard preferences, recent searches, session cookies, device names, hostnames, IP addresses, monitoring metrics, alerts, logs, service results, and other information returned by the user's LibreNMS server.
3. Where data goes
Monitoring requests and management actions are sent to the LibreNMS server configured by the user. FEB does not operate an intermediate analytics or advertising service for these requests. If a user intentionally connects to a server operated by FEB or another provider, that server operator's terms and privacy practices also apply.
4. Local storage and security
Server settings, interface preferences, and recent searches are stored locally on the device. API tokens are encrypted using Android Keystore-backed AES/GCM on Android and the platform secure credential storage on iOS. App data is excluded from Android backup and device transfer.
5. Analytics, advertising and sales
The app does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking, and FEB does not sell personal information processed by the app.
6. Optional cloud dashboard sync
If the user signs in to the web interface of the configured LibreNMS server and enables dashboard synchronization, the dashboard layout is saved to that LibreNMS server. The app may retain a web session cookie so that synchronization can continue.
7. Retention and deletion
Users may remove a saved server in the app or uninstall the app to delete locally stored app data. Data stored on a LibreNMS server is controlled by that server's administrator and must be deleted through that server.
8. Children
FEB LibreNMS is a professional network monitoring tool and is not directed to children.
9. Changes and contact
